Purpose/WHY:

Email from Mark on 12/16/2014:
Please take the Open Order Analysis – Japan query (VJA_OOCON_Q002) and make a copy. What I need done in the copy is switching the customers. I need you to exclude all normal customers and Include all Intercompany-retail customers. Please call the query Open Order Analysis – Retail – Japan.

In Scope:

Need to include intercompany customers in the BEx Query VJA_OOCON_Q002 copy.

Out of Scope:

Exclude all customers other than Intercompany customers.

Solution Summary

---

1. Need to copy the BEx Query VJA_OOCON_Q002 and save the new Query as VJA_OOCON_Q003.
2. Need to maintain the description of the Query as Open Order Analysis – Retail – Japan.
3. Need to include the intercompany customers in the BEx Query.
4. Need to collect all the objects of the Query into the transport request.

2. Need to maintain the description of the Query as Open Order Analysis – Retail – Japan.
3. Need to include all the intercompany customers(53) in the BEx Query.
4. Need to collect all the objects of the Query into the transport request.
5. Test and transport the Query to BPQ(BW 7.3 Quality).
